People talk and write about the capitalistic «system». But capitalism is far from being systematic. Capitalism is a proteiform phenomenon: flexible, adaptable, indifferent to ideological dogmatic frameworks. At present, for instance, we have a capitalistic form of production and market distribution under a communist dictatorship. However, family capitalism encounters special difficulties when size and technical complexity are to be met. Can it survive? How? And for how long? It seems that present day capitalism needs a «chief executive officer» whether owner or not.
